bad service and stupid staff.

I booked my flight for 5 pax to Bangkok on the 19 Sep 2012 for travel on 18 Jan 2013- 22 Jan 2013. This
morning when I received the itinerary via email sent by jetstar, to my dismay, saw that the departure
date was stated as 17 Jan 2013. I called up your hotline immediately and spoke to one of your staff
informing her of the wrong date stated in the email sent to me. She asked me if I was sure I did not
select the wrong date. I told her I was with 4 other friends when we made the booking and I am very
sure that there were no mistakes before submission as we all checked the dates before confirming the
booking. I made payment on 19/9/2012 Your staff then told me that there is nothing she can do and said that I needed to pay a fare difference of $400 for 5 people if I want to change my flight date and it doesnt matter if i call minutes or seconds, i still have to pay the charge for a change.

I told her I am not willing to pay the $400 as I am very certain that I had booked for 18 Jan 2013. She
then offered me a $50 voucher to help out with my “rebooking” fee and emphasized that she could
not do anything to help and told me to send an email to customer service stating my problem, or
alternatively, I could pay $400 for change of flight dates. I ended the call.

I decided then to log in to my Jetstar account to check on my booking details but was unable to log in as
it was being locked. I went back to my email again and clicked on “changed flight” under the date 17 Jan
2013 and was prompted to a new page. The new page which came up (attached in this email) displayed
the date of 18 Jan 2013 for my departure to BKK.

Seriously wtf are they doing behind their computers? they said they were unable to do anything but seems like they can!!! after we start making some noise. JETsh#t should really check their booking system. seems to be quite a mess!!!!

This has happened to me but i saw the error before i booked it and changed it, some times it jumps all over the place and is very frustrating to use they have massive problems this airline.
