Baggage debacle

We paid for our flight 3 months before and arrived for our return flight 3 hours before departure. We checked in our bags and waited to board plane. Plane was full because of problems Tiger had with Indonesian government. When we arrive in Adelaide we are told casualy that 75 bags didn't make it. They didn't tell anyone who's bags it was so we waited at carousel until it stopped to realise we are one of the ones affected. Then queue up for another 30 minutes to fill in the forms. Not one word of an apology.
I ring them next day to check on progress to be told they are here and will be sent out. 3 hours later I ring them again to be told no they are in Melbourne and will be here later. They finally ring me at 7.00 pm to tell me they have arrived but it's too late for a courier tonight they will send them out tomorrow. Not waiting any longer I go to the airport to collect them. Once again not one word of an apology. If only they had not been so gutless and faced up to their customer service responsibilities I could have accepted that these things can happen and as long as they said they were sorry and kept me informed of what was happening I could have accepted that and would not have gotten so upset. I know they are cheap no frills airline but I thought that meant no free food, drinks and entertainment, I didn't realise that meant no customer service either. Never ever fly Jetstar again, will pay the extra for a Virgin flight.
