We travelled on a 9:25pm flight from Bangkok to Melbourne, flight was delayed, that didn't create any issues as these things happen. Once on the plane the attendants were scarce the entire time apart from when they served tea and coffee in the morning and threw our preordered food in our tray table which was pathetic. No one was asked if they would like to order anything off the menu. When I asked if I cld use the 3 spare seats behind me to lay down as I was suffering pain they said no and gave me a blanket. When I looked at the seats later a jetstar staff member was fast asleep across the 3 seats, and later exchanged with another staff member. Tell me WHO gets paid to sleep on the job. What a great life they have and what terrible service they offer. Very unfriendly staff who did not show any care or interest with any travellers. NEVER fly jetstar again international. Very sad state of affairs and bad business ethics. Give me a job so I can go to sleep ha!
