Cancelled flight

I was booked for a 6 Nov flight. They cancelled and rescheduled it without telling me. I just received an email with new itinerary. I called and I was told help is available through a refund. Help by refunding!?? When all travel plans have already put into place?!!! And the guy at the other line of the customer service number said he will call me back for more options AND he didnt! A%$hole!!! With the re reschedulling, I lost a day's worth of income and gained a whole lot of stress! Jetstar you SUCK!!!!!

I was very excited with my family( wife 7 months pregnant) traveling for celebrating my son in India birthday flying with jet star via Singapore .Reach at counter gave our passports .Costumer service gave my passport back and say you don't have visa to Singapore.I said i do not require visa for 96 hours and we staying only 24 hours.As i did not bring my cell phone with me to call Singapore high commission ask for supervisor phone ANSWER we don't give our phone for public use A...HOLE.Felt like to slap on his face.
Next day we go again to the airport without Singapore visa .He gave me boarding cards and say have a good flight.I looked at him and asked him today i don't need visa .Supervisor had no answer.I lost $270 hotel stay in Singapore my holiday leave .Fare for TAXI from north-shore to Airport 2 times $170.
Came back from holidays contacted Jet star,customer service ask to email us .My wife got $ 50 voucher and still waiting for reply fort from 7 months.I did receive $200 vouchers after calling every day for 15 days and wasting hours of my time.I have to spend more money to use those vouchers and fly with them again.GOD Bless JET STAR.
