My flight got cancelled today and it was up to me to go onto the website and be on hold for them to act like they are doing me a favour by changing my flight for tomorrow. There was no offer of compensation such as accomodation. I even paid $3 during booking to pick my own window seat and now they tell me that there are no more window seats and they are not refunding me.
The person on the phone was extremely unsympathic and did not even offer an apology. There is also no information on there website should a cancellation occur.

When there is a flight cancellation of coz and definatly u will get a full refund if your are nort travelling at all (With Jetstar). Amount of 3$ will be refunded if yor fine to be seated on the seat which is been offred by our staff at the airport. And the SCHEDULE CHANGE TERMS, will apperas at the right sight panel on select flight page.

In the unlikely event that you don’t receive the ‘pre-pay’ options as promised, call us and we will refund the purchase price of the product.
Lodge a customer complaint stating all facts and wait,,, and wait,,,, and wait.
It is worth the $3 to hassle them. lol.
