Does JQ30 ever take off on time?

Once again an email from "customer service " advising the bkk-mel flight will be delayed. Until 7.50 the next morning they say. Deja vu all over again. Last month this same flight eventually took off at 2.30 am the day after the same flight "delayed until 7.50" message received. After much confusion and lies on their part.Why is this airline so incompetent? I miss out on a day's work because they are incapable of running an airline. Compensation? $50! Woo hoo, I'll try not to spend it all at once! Just because you are competitive doesn't mean you have the right to ruin your customers' finances. I regularly fly this route with them, not any more! Reliability over pricing every time!
