After being on the plane for well over an hour and about to pass out from hunger, i finally got to order some food
but was denied as i had not booked a meal.we were only 6 rows down but all extra meals were gone.
Ok then, a blanket ? "you have to book one"
Allright, a beer and a wine." only 1 drink at a time." but you take hours to come back
and never ever answer the call button. 'NO MORE DRINKS FOR YOU"
No , no more jet star for me. ever. I,d rather crawl over broken glass than support this mob

I flew with them last week on a 4 hour flight, and about an hour before arriving every Tom Dick and Harry was pressing their call bell. It was a bit annoying hearing the constant ding sounds - but the crew went to every single one of them.
I would love to see these types of complaints actually happen with my own eyes because I have flown them frequently and never had any issues except with one rude check in bitch at Avalon.

You may get some flights where things happen smoothly, but when things go wrong, the staff obviously have no training in maintaining a professional, or even caring, attitude. That's when you'll get utterly thoughtless, impertinent, and even quite cruel behaviour.
This airline has got to go -- it's beyond saving.
