Hello,
I need to contact their finance dept asap because even though my bank and their own receipt says my flight payments have been received, Jetstar cancelled my booking 1 day out of flying because they "don't have my money" when they actually do.
I have noticed this is a re-occuring problem with Jetstar and it is frightening that this large company can't use BPAY, this is the third time this has happened where they can't find my money and I am fed up. This kind of problem can't go on!
