humiliating experience

I was at gate in Melb and the most humiliating and upsetting experience with a woman on power trip

The woman said my bag was over (on original flight I had worn heavier clothes and also weighed bag to ensure in weight limit). I said I'd take heavy gear out and wear it I was told I couldn't do that. I also said I don't weight much compared to others can that help and she went off - saying I was discriminating - in front of everyone threw my bag off the scales on the ground and kept going on how could I say something against other people's weight - I actually wasn't saying that.

I feel so humiliated and shaken by the whole experience her behaviour was abhorrent and I bet nothing will be done from Jetstar - I will never fly with them again - there is no need for this. Jetstar response has been stock standard and not addressing the complaint. Best thing I can do is never fly with them and continue to tell my experience to others.

Weird how she wouldn't allow

Weird how she wouldn't allow you to take some clothes out and wear them, I've never heard of that. Often you see people removing stuff from their bags and putting it into their carry on bags when their checked bags are too heavy.
What's the deal with the very non descriptive title "Ms" of this complaint?
EDIT....
Oh I see the confusion, when posting a complaint, the title field is the title of the complaint
