Well after-all you were 2 minutes late, and you may think oh 2 minutes thats nothing, in the airline industry, they have to update timetables, weight, system management etc, this is not a fish and chip shop. Buy however i have no idea why you were charged the full fare to be moved onto another flight, and yes they have very bad customer service.

The e-ticket clearly states what time check in closes, if you can't plan enough time for arrival and check in then why should Jetstar do you favours.

Yeah same thing happened to me, although to be fair, I was ten minutes late, i accept that....however, i was also charged in full for the next available flight >.< (@#$&(@#&$(&# jetstar! grrrrrrrrrr. Not to mention, horrendous customer service! Come on, service with a smile please, you can be stern but kind at the same time, there's no need to be b*tchy Jetstar.
