Jetstar crews are F$&@ terrorists

I travel weekly and as usual boarded Jetstar plane last night at 7:30pm, all of the good seats at the front were empty because they reserve them hoping people to extra for them. But when I asked whether I could sit in one of those, the answer of course was no, apparently if I did, the plane would crash! I then proceeded to my allocated seat. When I got there, my row was totally full, the row at the front was empty, surely I thought one row difference can't be life and death. Apparently it was. This male crew came over and started to lecture and be very aggressive towards me, he demanded the boarding pass and walked away. So I got up and walked to the front of the plane to talk to someone, next thing I had 4-5 staff surrounding me and started to attack me. They are scared of terrorists, these crew members are terrorists themselves! All of thus attacking for moving a seat! Next thing they told me that I have committed federal offence and police are on the way to arrest me! NFK! So I patiently waited for the police, funnily, by then, they told me not to wait in case I got into trouble, his kind! I told them "no", I am not going anywhere till the police came. So I asked the police " are you going to arrest me"? They said"no, we are here to make peace and help you"! Men, I am not a criminal after all. The most tragic part was by that stage, I missed my flight, could not get home , slept at the airport all night! These Jetstar crews should be fired and locked up as they indeed committed terrorism towards their loyal customer.

I booked a confirmed

I booked a confirmed connecting flight 7 months earlier from Phnom Penh - Singapore - Melbourne (return), for a relative (she does not have a credit card).

First hurdle... between Singapore and Melbourne they refused to sell any food or drinks for cash, forcing her to go hungry for the entire flight (on the Phnom Penh - Singapore leg they were happy to accept cash for a drink). I know you can pre-purchase food but at the time of booking nothing of the kind was mentioned.

The next day after her arrival, I received an email from Jetstar that they decided to cancel the return flight and move all passengers to the next day but the second leg (Singapore - Phnom Penh) the day after, which would force her to hang around at the airport overnight for 22 hours.

With Jetstar refusing to budge (and no connecting flight made available anymore), I booked a return flight with another airline but Jetstar is only willing to refund a small portion of the return leg.

If they had advised me 2 days earlier I would have cancelled the entire flight forcing them to make a full refund.

Further proceedings pending. Never again with this mob.
