JETSTAR LIE ! Lost bag delayed flight obnoxious ground staff

I have made 107 flights THIS YEAR never a problem or issue - this my first (and last) Jestar fight of the year.

Checked in Adelaide hand luggage only. It was overweight, but with laptop out it was fine.
I had paid for luggage etc being a maxi ticket
Told the ground staff Adelaide that i don't trust jetstar to look after my belongings, as i also had valuable equipment in my hand luggage (approx $3000)

They scrawled on my boarding pass - refused to check in, check weight. I said i have fragile equipment, they could not care less.. told me we won't take any responsibility for damage equipment.

So i proceed to departure gate - they pulled me up and said they want to weigh it. I asked why - normal crap company policy - however only after they saw what the bitch at checkin had written on my boarding pass (IS that illegal to endorse a boarding pass???) BUT also the overhead lockers are not designed for more than x kg (LIE NUMBER 1) OK it was over. So I took laptop out - all good. But no they told me it was a combination - obviously a ripoff and makes lie 1 real.
So they then proceeded to charge me $50 for overweight.

THIS IS JOYCE, THE SCHEMING RIPOFF ARTIST THAT MADE RIPPING OFF CUSTOMERS AN ART FORM WHEN HE WAS WITH RYAN AIR IN IRELAND. HE IS NOTHING BUT A SMARMY IRISH GOB ARTIST THAT BELONGS BACK IN PADDY CARAVAN WHERE HE CAME FROM AND HE AND HIS SHARP PRACTICES ARE NOT WELCOME IN AUSTRALIA

So Sydney - after arriving (late of course, flight being delayed and being put at the end of the queue - where i was in for an interesting surprise. Bag missing.

I thought that the ground staff in Adelaide were bad enough but the sydney staff were thoroughly obnoxious, could not care, that the bag was lost.
I requested the staff look for the bag (which had my car keys and personal stuff in it - having been confiscated at Adelaide) - all they did was advise that the bag was loaded on board. But made no attempt to try to locate it.

so where the *** is it then??

The local manager, another stuck up smarmy bitch showed up after another 20 minutes after i insisted i wanted to talk to someone else. basically said if it turns up we will let you know. You will have to come back to the airport to get it. HOW THE **** am i supposed to leave the airport let alone get back.

I then advised the staff that i believe that my bag had been confiscated and stolen - after all my ticket had been endorsed, so it was altered.
We dont do things like that LIE 2 - it clearly was.

I then advised that i am calling the Federal police - (as this is security issue) then they got the ****'s and finally decided to track through the system - by getting off their fat ***** and looking

Lo and behold it had fallen off a belt somewhere inside the handling area.

In 40 years of flying this is the worst even i have seen - i have flown internally in Africa Asia and Europe.

There were other international passengers on the same flight - who had luggage go missing - as a consequence

JETSTAR ARE AN EMBARRASSMENT TO AUSTRALIA, TO THE INDUSTRY AND IF THEY CANNOT SEE THAT, THEN ARE TO THEMSELVES, THEN THEY ARE EVEN THICKER AND MORE STUPID THAN THEY ARE RUDE, ARROGANT AND OBNOXIOUS.

Of course in this case i can have the last laugh, i have 600 employees, who take on average 20 flights per year. (12000 flights) at average cost of $200 - thats $2400000 revenue - i have called a board meeting tomorrow and JETSTAR WILL BE BLACKED

For interest i am a Platinum FF with Qantas, and will also be taking all of our qantas trade to Virgin, who i am sure will treat customers with a little more respect.

GO HOME JOYCE YOU ARE NOT WANTED HERE

So let's summarise this; 1.

So let's summarise this;

1. You were pissed off at the 7kg limit which both Virgin and Tiger have for hand luggage, which is detailed over and over again when you book & in your confirmation. Virgin by the way charge $70 if your over.

2. They misplaced your
bag (initially) & you got it back.

Big Deal!

I used a service called

I used a service called HelloArthur. They picked up my clothes and toiletries. Even washed and ironed my clothes. Dropped it at my hotel. One of the courier guy picked it up from the hotel a day later and sent it back to my home. They charged $49 for 10 kg. Plus my items were insurance covered.
