LIES LIES LIES FLight was on time but Jetstar's response to my complaint was "read the fine print about flight delays"

THe common theme in a lot of complaints is "you should have read the fine print", which is their corporate right, regardless of how it sits with customers. JEtstar's true corporate attitude to customers is reflected by the lies and deceit they demonstrated with my complaint.
IT was a Monday and for some reason I checked my flight details for a Jetstar Pacific flight on the Thursday from Danang to Saigon. It had mysteriously moved from 1055am to 2000pm. THere hadn't been any communication from Jetstar. JEstar vietnam was a dead loss as far as getting any sense. CAlled Jetstar Australia, to be greeted by surprise that their had been no communication. MY options were to travel the night before, but there were no seats on anything like close to the originally booked time. I was lumbered with "take it or leave it". LAte Wednesday afternoon the email arrived announcing "urgent" change of flight details. LIES LIES LIES! urgent my ass!
WHat I had discovered was the change to my flight had taken place at least weeks before. THe same flight had been permanently moved to 2000pm. On every single day, not just the one I was flying. They could not fill the seats at a significant discount to what I had paid. THere had a been no communication. THe urgent notification was corporate lies lies lies deceit and obfuscation. THe promised response to my complaint in 15 business days was closer to 20. A month later my dissatisfaction with their response was met with they would escalate my complaint. I'm waiting Jetstar. YOu are corporate scum. 3 weeks later nothing.
THeir is no fine print you can hide behind. YOu are incompetent corporate thugs. You are not fit to run an airline if you are prepared to lie as your defence about corporate incompetence.
