Lost baggage and Horrible service

I flew from Sydney to Fiji to go on a relaxing holiday, my baggage never arrived and the whole week I was in Fijij I spent most of the time trying to track down the baggage, I was completely astonished that in a country like Australia you can have a horrible business like Jetstar operating. Jetstar are trying to tell people that they are cheap, that is not correct they are just rubbish with not a single part of their business have any class from overseas call centres to cabin staff and management I'n not sure who is worst. It has been 8 weeks since I lost my baggage which was delivered after I finished my holiday, I have written and called Jetstar numerous times and not heard back, I did not get a service I paid for and Jetstar do not give a toss, their management must have their head stuck where sun doesn't shine if they think they can operate with such low quality in Australia, as long as I will fly my family and I will never fly Jetstar again, it's not worth the few pennies you save. I will make sure that every discussion I have about holidays I convince people not to fly Jetstar, so far I have convinced 4 friend and family and counting.
