Minor - not assisted

My daughter was travelling alone (15 years old) - with moon boot on too! Flights cancelled twice, so 7 hours at airport for domestic flight. Due to mobile dying I had no contact.. couldn't get an answer from Jetstar. Daughter had panic attack. No staff helped. Incorrect info from Jetstar when I got through. They told me she had boarded - didn't believe me flight was cancelled!
Thankfully two other passengers assisted my daughter. Appalling service

3 Flights in a Row, my father and I do business around New Zealand and are unfortunately have had 3 unplanned trips gone wrong
Flight 1: Wellington to Auckland
Boarded plane, waited for 20 mins of the tarmack before being disembarked due to engine failure
Result: Hour Delay
Flight 2: Auckland to Nelson to Auckland same day
Auckland to Nelson half an hour late, costing us valuable time with our clients and branch we travelled to see.
Nelson to Auckland 3 hours and 40 minutes wait. This was compensated by an $8 voucher which couldn't even buy a beer. Beer - $8.50
Wellington to Auckland today: Flight delayed half an hour. This has been the running joke all day, only to realise the reality now
No service, no 10pt guarantee, no compensation
Infuriating and Hopeless
