Misrepresentation from Jetstar OS Call Centre!!!!

Unbelievable is the only way to describe Jetstar's attitude!

I booked our family holiday to Hawaii months ago and made it clear to the overseas Jetstar representative that we would likely extend the stay, however would need to confirm that closer to our September departure. I requested the agent confirm this prior to making any airline booking. The agent made it very clear that this would not be a problem from the airline side but clearly subject to seat availability.

Well, it's June, I contacted the overseas agent who booked the holiday, who in turn proceeded to confirm and take my $1200+ dollars for the additional nights stay - no problem. I was then transferred to another representative who requested an additional $2900 (plus charges) for my airfare due to change in departure dates from 29 September to 2 October (ex Honolulu).

Very calmly the airline representative told me to read the conditions! I contacted Jetstar to be told the same thing.

I don't know why Jetstar waste their time seeking customer feedback!

This is my first ticket booking experience with jetstar and my last!
