i booked tickets on the take a friend for free for feb 2013 there were seats available on our return flight on 18 th feb 2013 which i was not given. i asked one of your representatives and they didnt even know it was on.
I have scince talked to your staff again and they are unable to understand why i was not given one of the seats they are unable refund my flight monies which i feel i was entitled too. glenda devine
