MY SON WAS DUE TO FLY OUT TONIGHT FROM TOWNSVILLE TO MELBOURNE. HE WAS 2 MINUTES TO LATE FOR CHECKIN AND THEY WOULD NOT LET HIM FLY OUT. THE GIRL BEHIND THE COUNTER WAS RUDE TO HIM. THEN THE HAD THE NERVE TO FORFEIT HIS TICKETS, BECAUSE HE WAS 2 MINUTES LATE. BUT PEOPLE WERE STILL WAITING IN LINE TO BE CHECKIN. THEN THE FLIGHT DID NOLEAVE TOWNSVILLE UNTIL 6.35PM TONIGHT. AND THEY COULD NOT TELL US WHY THE CLOSED THE CHEKIN 10MINUTES
EARLY. AFTER 3 1/2 ON THE PHONE AND SPEAKING TO MORONS ON THE PHONE.,STILL GOT NO WHERE THEN THEY WANTED TO CHARGE US ANOTHER $488 TO BOOK ANOTHER FLIGHT. GO FIGURE IDIOTS.

You have admitted your young fella was late, late is late I'm not a fan of this airline at all and have many posts on this page. You never known what these grubs are going to toss at you so I always turn up 2 hrs before my flight you can't trust them.

Moral of the story - turn up

Moral of the story - turn up on time. Why blame anyone other than yourself for not doing so!
