Packaging ripped open by Jetstar

When I booked my flight, the advice on screen was that I was travelling from the international airport ""JQ759 Departs from and arrives at an International terminal". So I had to pack some wine for checking in instead of carrying it on, it's been fine before. Luckily my taxi driver experienced the same problem last month and prompted me to call and confirm it was in fact a Brisbane domestic departure.

The bottles were packed well with breakage protection inside the carton between the bottles and the carton was packed tightly in a padded bag with three fragile tags. When it arrived in Hobart, I found the bag unzipped and the side of the box had been ripped open completely and obviously now the bottles were loose and one broke. I thought it might be a simple fix to replace the bottle but unfortunately the first thing Jetstar Steph in Hobart said was "You can't prove it was us...next customer please". A woeful response I thought, so I made a claim which wasn't accepted of course. They ignored a request for further explanation as to why the box was torn open.

The jet itself was nice but

The jet itself was nice but their service was lacking hospitality and basic courtesy. The food was expensive and not good. Water should be provided free. My daughter and grandbaby were sleeping while drinks were served. Not 30 minutes later the baby woke up and when my daughter asked for drinks she was told drinks were no longer being served. This was on a 9hr+ flight with an infant. We paid for entertainment and one of the screens wouldn't work. We notified the flight attendant and nothing was fixed.
