PoLi/Refund Woes, Girl at the help desk asked me who PoLi was ? Un-tranined blondes !

Jetstar, I am surprised your still in business, seriously when I left Launceston you had no record of payment I made via PoLi so I had to pay you yet again via CC, mmm only to be told I have to chase a refund, now, I booked online again the other night for my return at 5 pm and again paid by PoLi, now both times funds have been debited from my account, I arrive at check in at the airport in the morning only to be told my booking has been cancelled, wtf, and now to re book will cost me a extra $50 another wft, I explained the blonde over dressed, painted face bimbo that I paid via PoLi and she asked me WHO IS PoLi was and another wtf, none out of the 3 girls knew what PoLi was, maybe you need to train these painted ladies, like in a classroom not just by how they look, I was asked what is my booking number, I never had one I explained, Barbie said that's your problem, mmm yep it is, I replied, anyway I am now owed $660 where I have to chase a refund, so I plan to go to my bank and cancel all 4 transactions and obtain a refund, the you the service pfft no service given, The service provider can chase me for it, have a nice day ;) UPDATE I Finally put in a claim to get my over payment back from Jetstar, the guy from the bank was so helpful and said its a regular issue with this mickey mouse airline! now i have to wait 6 weeks for my money back pfffffffft only a lazy $660 ffs who do they think they are! BTW i disputed ALL my flights even the ones i used as they wanted ME to contact my bank and me to do all the leg work, so will let them contact me for a change and ask me for there money back. Andrew
