terrible direct deposit system

Hi guys,
I wanna share a very bad experience about Jetstar airline.
The story begin 3 weeks ago.

23rd July, I booked the flight from Melbourne-Sydney (round trip) on 13th - 16th Aug on the website and paid an airfare via direct deposit at AUD$138.00.

25th July, I called Jetstar to confirm my itinerary. Staff said they haven't get any money.

26th July, Calling again and they said the same thing.

27th July, I called again. The staff said send the document to proof that my money gone through ur account. Then I called my bank and she said 'the money gone through their account already since 25th'. So, I fax them my documents.

28th July, I called again to confirm that they already receive my paper. They said I have to wait for 3 days.

1st Aug, I got an email from Jetstar that tell me confirm that they got my documents and allow them 15days to operate.

3th Aug, I called them to wanna know the process. The staff was very nice. She followed her supervisor and asked to finance department. I had to wait on phone in total 1 hour. However, she said the admin still on process and the outcome will be on 10th Aug whether u get a flight or refund. And reckon me that if i really wanna go this flight, it's much better if u book another reservation via credit card to make sure i can fly there.
So, I booked it and i paid by credit card this time 'the price was $200'. I got confirmation withing only 2 mins. And I told her that I need Jetstar to work on the first flight for first priority. I'll keep 2nd flight for the last minute. After talking to her, I will wait for 10th Aug.

10th Aug (today) 1pm, I called Jetstar at noon talk to the staff and the let me wait for 20 mins and tell me that they will call me back within maximum 2 hours but no calling.

10th Aug, 5pm, I called again, and i have to repeat everything of the problem again. finally, the staff let me talk with the supervisor. She explained to me everything about the process, step-by-step. I still complain because everything is not really make any sense at all. I BOOK AT CHEAPER PRICE AND WAIT FOR 3 WEEKS BUT I HAVE TO FLY WITH ANOTHER FLIGHT THAT IS MORE COST!!!!

During that time, she always say the same shit thing; that is the rule, bla bla bla. we can't do anymore, bla bla bla. and finally she said u have to option. First cancel all flight and u cannot fly or cancel first flight and u can fly 2nd flight. or u can book a new one. I said "Hell NO" more expensive obviously.

it's not fair for customer. this company doesn't know anything about "Service" at all.

Cr.p airline ... cr.p service ... cr.p customer relations ... culture is cr.p ... they are just cr.p

Avoid these guys ... they dont care about the customer just the sale
