Imagine landing in Hawaii for a Week holiday, but your bags don't. What would you do, and what would you have to spend to simply get buy until your holiday is over.
Jetstar are struggling to accept any liability since they say our bags finally arrived one day before we flew home.

Feel for you. Similar situation last year on 6 day trip to Fiji. Bags go astray including all our fishing and snorkelling gear (purpose of trip) and my husband's drugs he's required to take daily. Daily promises that the bag will get here. Arrived on day four of. 6 day holiday. How hard can it b to get a bag from Syd to Fiji when there's a daily flight. Absolutely no interest in our position from Jeststar. Didn't bother trying to make a claim as could see it would be days of my life I would never get back! But perhaps that's their strategy?! Unimpressed.
