They really r horrid

Paid for two tickets my daughter decided not to fly simple wouldn't give refund didn't think they would so I have two seats ohh well. But when I tried to take daughters allotted 7kg of carry on luggage told no way. Tried to get explanation why cause hey paid for the ticket but would not give answer I cld understand so I kept asking I did not yell or swear. Then supervisor comes over & says I have upset her staff really cause I insisted on a reasonable explanation ??? Continued to request a decent explanation as to why since had bought ticket could not use for luggage. Well she got annoyed & then said after about 1/2 hour of discussion that " she could smell alcohol on my breath & I couldn't fly" . So u can't win from that if u argue your drunk pathetic.

Any airline that has a dedicated complInts page really needs to look at it policies, processes & staff.

You have to be a moron not to realise they no airline (for safety reasons - in case its a bomb) would carry unaccompanied luggage. Don't bitch about Jetstar doing this as Qantas, Virgin & Air New Zealand are exactly the same.

Luggage was accompanied by me even if my daughter travelled she is only a kid so all luggage mine & my responsibility. It was carry on and I was carrying it. This is a web site to complain about jetstar & have a bitch if feel frustrated. Since ur not complaining just always making rude comments and calling names like a spoilt child get off this site & start ur own called "I love flying jetstar" cause I really don't care what u think or have to say I won't fly jetstar again so using my consumer discretion of voting with my feet. I will continue to complain & bitch if I want to this site is for exactly that.

You didn't put the full story in your original blurb on this website. Don't think you can tell half the story on this website and get away with it lightly. I have my own reasons why I Don't Fly Jetstar and have previously told the full story.

I put a story u jumped to a conclusion & called immature names I'm not obligated to give or not give u a step by step story. I'm not a liar or cheat so expect that people will take me on face value complaining cause a real & valid complaint. Anyway in the end they flew me home today with exact same luggage at no extra cost which suited me perfectly I had another night with my daughter & got home at 1400hrs today instead of at 2200hrs last night their shitty behaviour my gain, often how life works. But that in no way negates the rudeness : that's my complaint I'm a responsible working woman not a piece of dirt on the bottom of the jetstar shoe. Really they are just shop assistant for the air not uni graduates with very specialised skills & obviously know this & gain power by being beligerent, rude & condescending. Go to university jetstar worker & get a real job I say. So tony thanks for ur support but I'm a person who respects others I don't call people names & in my job as a nurse I care & give everyone the best possible service I can regardless. Less judgement more kindness please x
