They wont pay Refund

Hi, bought 2 starclass tickets to Thailand. Did pay extra in case I had to cancel, which I did. Cancelled in February, still waiting for a refund despite several calls. They tell me they contact their finance department and will get back to me.

I am still waiting

i am considering getting my lawyer into the action

The corporate thugs who run Jetstar who are ethically and morally bankrupt and who have to rob and cheat their customers for the airline to make a profit, should be thrown back on the scrapheap where they belong.

I suggest you take them to court !
