waiting for refund, 4 months later and counting...

In November 2010 my flight from Surabaya to Singapore was cancelled due to a vulcano eruption (no news on the net or tv, but whatever). Nobody called or emailed me about the cancellation, you have to go to the airport and find out at the check-in desk.
maybe the next day jetstar would fly to Singapore, so they booked me on this flight.
Again, next day no flights to Singapore. So they offered me a refund, this would be on my account within 3 months and they even helped me book a flight with another airliner, Garuda!
It is 4 months later and still no refund!
I have called customer services, last month the agent told me that the money would be transferred soon, and today the agent told me that....and hung up! the freekin' woman hung up after being on hold for 15 minutes! As if I do not have better things to do.
un freekin believable! I have been bamboozled too.
that's really money down the drain!
No more Jetstar, ever!
