What customer service?

For the last few days I have tried to change flights....the online system sends an error message every time you try to change your flight...now the cynical would say a deliberate ploy...so then when you ring a customer service officer in some other country it takes around ten minutes for them to get the details you have already supplied to a robot...and after a further ten minutes they ring off...they don't bother to ring you back
So I'll lose the $239 but now I know that I will never fly with these clowns again....prefer to pay extra and fly with a real airline

I’m very concerned to hear about your ongoing difficulties with trying to change your booking.

I’ve tried to locate your booking in our system to investigate the cause of the error but unfortunately, I haven’t been able to find it under the name you’re using on here.

If your booking was a Price Beat Guarantee or was made through our Telephone Reservations team, you won’t be able to make changes online through “Manage my Booking”. You’ll need to contact Reservations to have these actioned at their end.

I’m disappointed to hear that when you did call our Reservations team, the service you received didn’t meet your expectations. I assure you all Jetstar staff are trained to provide professional and courteous service at all stages of your journey with us. We strive to provide a high level of professional customer service while remaining friendly and personalised. It's very disappointing that you had such a poor experience with us on this occasion.

Have you ever tried to get satisfaction through the Jetstar Philippines call centre to make a change, seek to rebook or claim a previously promised credit/refund?
Are you aware that when your airline reschedules a flight by just a few minutes, all previous prepaid seat allocations for the flight are erased from your system? Sounds trivial unless you booked to seat nine members of a non-English speaking family together only to find that their seat are not held, even though the fees were deducted from your credit card four months beforehand? So after an hour plus on the phone, finding the previously booked seats for which you provided written confirmation have been reallocated and the only remaining nine seats together are now down the back of the plane, then you amend the flight sched again by four minutes and your rebooked seats are gone again. Another 1 1/2 hours on the phone.
Are you aware of the disdain in which the Jetstar brand is held?

For thousands of us who have tried Jetstar and been burned by Jetstar, your comment is outrageous, nauseating and offensive. Like our experience at every encounter with Jetstar, you treat your customers like total fools. The airline, its management and customer service are flawed. Yes, I loathe Jetstar.

I, too, take offense to Amanda's pathetic and innane comments. Her vain attempts to protect Jet Star have just proven how feeble they're attempts are. Instead of personally contacting the above victim, this mong uses a website to try and apologise and offer weak excuses.
