What Happens when they cancell your flight

I recently posted a complaint about being left stranded by Jet Star and after reading through the various post I would just like to add this below…

To all the anonymous people who add comments (AKA: Jet Star Employees). We have the decency to add our real names and details to our posts because our complaints are real and justified so why don't you grow some balls and add yours. While you are at it I am still waiting for your pathetic company to contact me and refund my money after you cancelled my flight and left me stranded.
You are a sad inditment on a poorly run business which I am very sad to say clearly shows that Australia really is a long way behind Asia when it comes to Customer Service.
