Update on Brisbane, Gold Coast, Ballina and Maroochydore flights scheduled for Saturday, 1 April
All of our scheduled services will operate to and from Brisbane, Gold Coast, Ballina and Maroochydore on Saturday 1 April, unless otherwise advised.
A number of options are available to customers who are unable to reach the airport or travel due to severe weather conditions.
If you have an existing booking in or out of these airports on Saturday, 1 April and are unable to travel please contact us to change your booking to an alternative flight withinin the next 10 days (free of charge) or receive a refund in voucher credit.

Update on Proserpine flights scheduled for Saturday, 1 April
Due to damage caused by Tropical Cyclone Debbie flights scheduled to/from Proserpine have been cancelled on Saturday, 1 April. This includes Brisbane-Proserpine (JQ 830) and Proserpine-Brisbane (JQ 833).
This travel alert will be regularly updated regarding future services to/from Proserpine.
We will be contacting all customers on cancelled flights via email or SMS to provide options, including moving to flights on other days or a voucher credit.

Update on Hamilton Island flights up to and including Friday, 7 April
As a result of the damage caused by Tropical Cyclone Debbie we have temporarily suspended services to Hamilton Island up to and including Friday, 7 April. An update on services on/after Saturday, 8 April will be provided following further assessment and advice from the Island.
If you have a booking from 26 March to 7 April to/from Hamilton Island please give us a call on 13 15 38.
We're working hard to contact our customers and team members who have been affected by Tropical Cyclone Debbie this week to keep them informed but have faced some challenges with phone and internet services damaged by storms.
We are continuing to monitor the severe weather impacts in Queensland and will provide regular updates on this Travel Alert.
