Scheduled and relief flights operating from Bali today

Last Updated: 30/11/2017 11:45 AM

Flying conditions around Denpasar Airport are predicted to remain clear today so Jetstar and Qantas plan to operate 10 scheduled and 6 relief flights from Bali to Australia. This will see a total of 3,800 people returned to Australia today.

Customers who have been booked on to these flights have been contacted directly.

Volcanic activity and ash cloud are unpredictable so flights may be cancelled at short notice.

Our senior pilots will make further assessment tonight and tomorrow morning based on the latest information from the Volcanic Ash Advisory Centre. We will provide customers an update if the situation changes.

We will provide our next regular update by 7pm AEDT today.

CUSTOMERS IN BALI

Customers in Bali will be booked on relief flights in order of who has been disrupted longest. You will be contacted directly via email and SMS with your rebooking details.

There is a backlog of customers waiting to fly so it may take several days before you are booked on a flight.

If you were on cancelled flights on Saturday 25 November and Sunday 26 November and you have not yet received and email or SMS from us, please visit Manage booking on Jetstar.com to check your booking. If your booking has not been changed, please get in touch with us via the ‘Chat now’ button at the top of this page so we can rebook you.
