Scheduled flights to and from Bali resume

The rest of week’s scheduled services between Bali and Australia will now operate as normal, with flying conditions around Denpasar Airport expected to remain clear.

If you are on a scheduled flight, before heading to the airport please check the status of your flight from the Flight status page on Jetstar.com or via our smartphone app.

We will continue to closely monitor the Mount Agung volcano and provide regular updates if the situation changes.

CUSTOMERS IN AUSTRALIA

Flying conditions around Bali have improved so we have resumed operating all scheduled flights from Australia to Bali.

If you were affected by flight cancellations between Saturday, 25 November and Sunday, 3 December and have not already opted for an alternative option, you can now select a new flight to Bali. You must depart Australia on or before 14 December and return on or before 28 December 2017. Please log in to Manage booking to view the list of available flights.
