Scheduled maintenance notice

Our global reservations system is currently undergoing scheduled maintenance and will be unavailable for this outpage period from 3:00pm SGT on Saturday 3 March to 12:00am SGT on Sunday, 4 March.
How will this affect me?
Between 3:00pm SGT on Saturday 3 March to 12:00am SGT on Sunday, 4 March the following systems will NOT be available:
- Online booking (new bookings and changes to existing bookings)
- Bookings via the Jetstar reservations call centre
- Online check-in (via our website or smartphone app)
- Airport check-in using our airport kiosks
- Online flight status information (via our website or smartphone app)
What should I do?
If you are flying with us DURING the scheduled outage and HAVE already checked-in please proceed to the airport as normal, though keep in mind that our bag drop queues may be longer than usual.
If you are flying with us DURING the scheduled outage and HAVE NOT already checked-in please get to the airport well before your scheduled flight departure time so you can be manually checked-in at our airport counters.
If you are flying with us AFTER the scheduled outage and HAVE NOT already checked-in, web check-in will be available after 12:00am SGT on Sunday, March 4. Remember that web check-in closes two hours before your domestic flight's scheduled departure time.
