Travel to Bali

Last Updated: 01/10/2017 12:42 PM

We are continuing to closely monitor volcanic activity at Mount Agung in Bali.

All Jetstar flights are currently operating as scheduled. However, should there be volcanic ash in Bali airspace, this could result in flight disruptions.

We will contact customers directly if there are any changes to our services.

If you are travelling to Bali or are already in Bali, please ensure that Jetstar has your mobile phone number and email address – especially if you booked via a travel agent or travel website. This will allow us to contact you if there is a disruption to your flight. Please go to Manage booking to confirm or update your contact details.

If you wish to discuss your booking options, the quickest way to do that is via the 'Chat Now' button at the top of this page.

Note: If you're reading this in the Jetstar app or the Facebook app and you want to chat with us, please follow these steps: exit out of the app, open your phone's web browser, go to jetstar.com, and click on this travel alert. You'll now see the 'Chat now' button at the top of the page.

You can check the status of your flight via our Flight status page.
