Bad customer Service and No English

My family purchased 5 round trip tckets from Ho Chi Minh to Danang. we were told our return flight was at 8pm. When we ariived at the airport for our return flight it were told it was at 8am. OMG. We were told we had to purchase 5 new tickets at full price. The custimer service girl barely spoke any English and didnt care that it was their fault. She said I should have asked. We had ew ticekts to purchase 5 new tickets at full price, even though we recieved a discount on our 2 younger children originally. We missed a flight with AA in Dec and they only made me pay the difference on a new flight it was $85 to Hawaii.

When I called customer service to complain I had to speak to 3 people becuase no one had strong Englisha dn could understand me. On top of it, they called me MR, i am a female. when i corrected him he laughed. He also told me if i wanted to complaiin I had to send an email. They said they would call me back and straighten this all out, they never did.

When we finally got on the plane we were so tired nd it was well past 10 pm. We all decided to recline our chairs and go to sleep. Midway through flight the attendent came and pushed our chair buttons to the upright position, waking up all of us rudely. Then they had the nerve to accuse our kids of vomitting on the plane. We are Canadian, our kids flew 20 hours to Vietnam and are expierenced flyers. We are still so angry. They were so many first time flyers and crying babies, they didnt accuse them only us.
Dont fly jetsatr, bad service and policy all around
