Baggage problem

Posting this for my daughter...
As useless as a lamppost on the side of the street & nowhere near as bright! Just like insurance companies.. They are only as good as your claim. Well jetstar might be cheap, but they are not
worth it. I am all for saving money but as soon as things go wrong you don't want to be dealing with them. And this isn't the first time they have shown their absolute LACK of caring. On my jetstar flight from Mackay to Brisbane for some unknown reason they would not allow any 'check in' luggage. But it's ok, we will get it to you tomorrow they said. The staff promised to have my bag on my international flight to Fiji the next morning but NO SHOW! When I rang to check on it, my form reference number meant nothing to the staff. Surprise surprise! The first contact was on the evening of the 29th (2days later) asking if I received my luggage. I said NO. She hung up and then I didnt hear back from them until yesterday 1st may (5days later now)... wait for it! they proceed to tell me that my bag had actually arrived on the 29th and has been sitting at the Fiji airport & I would have to get it. WTF!!??? WELL THIS TIPPED ME! How dare you jetstar. This is ur problem not mine. It should arrive at my address, my resort! Meanwhile I am 1.5hrs taxi drive away and $200 Fiji money, so I DON'T THINK SO! 3hrs out of my time & $400. So now the useless, incompetent, no brains staff still can't follow through on a simple request & have not managed to get my bag to me STILL! I have had to ring them 3 times today and they really don't give a S$@#!!
I am still wearing the same sarong I bought 4 days ago. I am officially over it!!
I am serious everyone... If you have a choice. DO NOT FLY JETSTAR!! It's not worth it!! I would absolutely die if my staff at work treated the customers at work like this and I would not go back!!
