Delayed flight and Dirty Baggage

I had a flight to Christchurch three days ago. The flight was delayed for about one and a half hour. When I arrived Christchurch, I found my baggage very wet on its cover, and filled with strong fish smell (maybe some kind of sauce, not sure). Then I tried to go to the counter to find a staff responsible for bagage damage. (Well, I couldn't find one at the counter until a kind police helped me). I filled out a form and he told me that another staff would ring me another day. I still get no calls until today. [Click read more for more photos]
