FIRST & LAST JETSTAR BOOKING

I haven't even got on my Jetstar flight yet and already running into huge hassles with this airline. Their lack of transparency is likely due to their poor customer service - they don't want to hear any complaints from customers! BTW, a lot of the contact numbers provided for them here don't work. Their registered business name is Jetstar Airways Pty Ltd, ABN 33 069 720 243, ACN 069 720 243 and the head office is actually registered with ASIC as being at Mascot (Sydney Airport) NOT Melbourne.
This trip will be my first and last with this airline and I'll make sure I tell all my friends who travel NOT to fly with them either. Amazing huh to have such a negative view of them and I haven't even flown yet. I've never experienced such a poor level of customer service with any other airline.
