Flight delayed twice

So my flights were per-sing 12.05am arriving singapore at 5am where i was too meet my girl friend who works as a flight attendant for a different company. I only had that single day with her in Singapore then she was flying back to Dubai (we are long distance) so was super excited to meet her there as its a cheap air ticket for me to go and see her in singapore from perth. Anyway it was the night of the flight and i was all packed and about to head to the airport when i got a text message saying it was delayed, untill the following day with a 11am depatrure (4.30pm arrival) this was terrible as i only had that one day to spend with her. I called up and asked to have my flight changed as there were 3 other flights before the 11am one, they said no it is not there fault because of the weather conditions which i am fine with but i dont see why they could not just re-book me onto an earlier flight which none of were delayed OR give me a refund so i could book with another airline. Called a second time with the guy saying yes its fine to re-book for no cost, got half way through and then he said oh actually sorry i cant.... so my gf called and being in the business called and got them to re-book me on a 5am flight that would arrive just before lunch, giving us half a day together at least. This flight was also delayed which the Jetstar rep did not mention. Luckily i checked the perth airport flight status's as i had gotten no info by email/text etc that my changed flight was also actually delayed. I logged onto the jetstar manage my booking section and no delay info was there what so ever, i even called the automated jetstar flight info line and there was no mention of the delay, only when i spoke to a operator they confirmed it was in fact delayed and later than my original flight.

Funny thing is their booking section was still allowing customers to buy tickets for times that they KNEW were going to be delayed. They just want every last cent... no proper customer service... will not be flying with them again.
