I rarely make any complain but my experience today was awful. I just got off JQ 981 from perth to melbourne yesterday. It was a midnight flight so i was already exhausted. I have already heard a lot of negative stuff on this airline but didn't really have anything significantly bad till ystd. The plane delayed which I was fine with since it's already part of their custom to delay. By the time i got on the plane i could already sense the female attendant wearing glasses giving me a stinky attitude. Fine. We arrived at around 4 am in the morning perth time and i was pretty much half asleep. i was getting off the plane and still intended to thank her despite her attitude. She immediately looked at the floor and pretended something got stuck on her shoes when there was nothing. I mean... i don't really know what her issue is but i almost burst out laughing as this is a complete joke. We're all adults and she's probably a lot older than me but i find this whole thing really unprofessional and childish. Even a 16 year old working at Maccas knows how to make a solid eye contact when giving you back your change. i am not asking for ear to ear smile kind of customer service as she might have had a day but her behaviour just makes me question if she was even well trained and prepared for this role. If i'm not wrong i heard that she's the manager on board and if that's the case this is even more of a joke.
