Half year passed, I haven't got my ticket refunded!

I booked round trip ticket from Melbourne to Brisbane for a friend and me in November 2010. But we didn't make it for some unexpected reason. We were very happy at that moment Jetstar approved to refund the ticket in December.

Now it's May 2012 already, almost half year passed, we haven't got the refund yet! We made phone calls to the customer service many times trying to understand what's going on. Jetstar customer service told me almost always the same reason-they made the remittance but it could not go through.

I asked for more detailed information, such as the record of remittance, so that I can check with my bank service people. But the customer service people made no progress and just acted as a voice recorder without constructive feedback.

Every week I will receive a mail from Jetstar donotreply@jetstar.com asking for more bank account information. It really makes me very much frustrating- I have provided two account information to the customers service, what else you want? And it's not my first time getting remittance from abroad. I want to make a phone call to Jetstar staff who is really handling my case but was told by the customer service - "We don't have the number either." No email?

The slow process, not really listen to customer, is my frustrating experience with Jetstar. Besides this, they made many changes to the flight schedule before we cancelled the flight. I didn't account this part in.
