Jest-star make $36 cheap airfares then force you take out insurance because they claim 'their site is having technical difficulties'
What a joke and a rip-off. After spending an hour trying to fix this problem including talking to their custome (lack of)service.
At $100 per hour it has cost me money to work out their crap. It is deliberate of course. Otherwise they would have waived the phone booking charge, wouldn't they? I had a similar (but different) problem earlier this year and couldn't use their cheap deal offer. Looks like I'll never fly Jest-star! A good omen n'est-ce-pas?
