Jetstar Blows Chunks - the worst airline ever

All so familiar. I am one of 4 in a group who was supposed to fly out from Sydney to Denpasar Bali on 4th January 2013. we sat on the plane for 3 hours while staff kept saying we will be getting underway soon. They then told us to disembark and go get something to eat while the problem, a symtek code that couldn't be deciphered. A few hours after that we were told by the rude staff that the flight had been cancelled and that we were to go home unless we were interstate and then they would put us up in a hotel. we lived 3 hours away, and one of our group had just rented out her house so had nowhere to go, so we argued to go to a hotel, which they allowed. in the meantime, they had emailed us all offering the hotel, but the staff didn't say that. Got to Bali to late to keep an appointment with a dentist, and as it was Saturday, had to hang around for 2 days to see dentist. We also had to pay for the nights accommodation that we didn't make. Flight on the way back, cancelled with no explanation. got sms at 3am, and told we would be put on a flight via singapore. Checked website, and was one of our group was on her mobile for 2 hours to australia trying to get us on the fight via melbourne. finally ok'd. Got to airport to find that one of our number and 3 kids that were travelling with us, had not been booked in. Finally got them in. Air conditioning turned up so much we froze and they tried to sell us a blanket for $15. no way. got to melbourne, bags so long arriving we missed connecting flight to sydney. Finally got an international flight to Sydney. got back to sydney so late I couldnt go to work and missed a days work. We were supposed to land in sydney at 6.55am, but it was around 3pm when we got there. Only one staff member tried to help us, June from Melbourne airport, but the rest were rude, uncommunicative, and unhelpful. Jetstar blows chunks.
