Jetstar reject let passenger to board flight

Didn't know that in order to board the flight the credit card holder who book the flight must be there as the last time round I did it the same and my mother in law can go thru easily...my mother in law flight is today 16 oct 2013 620am...receive a call from my mother in law ard 5am about being reject...faster call Jetstar and ask for help...talked to them for around an hour...telling them I m in singapore and mother in law is in phipphiines...how m I going to be there to show my credit card...2 option
They give me...no1 ask my mother in law to pay for the same flight again by cash to board the flight or I rush down to changi airport Jetstar counter to show my card then they will call phipphiines side to let her pass...at the moment of time even if I rush down to changi airport...there wun be enough time for my mother in law to board the flight...and I tell them my mother in law don't have cash with her to pay for another flight...the staff can even ask me to send her money now...where can I find a money remit at that point of them...after for almost an hour still nothing they can help...that was really a very lousy service...
