Jetstar Staffs are Plain Unreliable & Unprofessional

Dear Jetstar,

I first, would like to track the luggage that was lost when I arrived at Auckland Airport from Singapore on 2nd June 2012 at around 9:45am.

Customer Service Phone Line was not answered for several days when I called & neither was the Skycare for Jetstar Office at Auckland Airport was open nor answered when knocked during office hours. We have also checked with Auckland Airport's lost baggage counter but it was to no avail. There was no sign of our luggage at the Airport which led us to repeatedly call Jetstar. As we are traveling, internet was limited & therefore have no choice but to email you when we arrive back in Singapore.

My family & I have suffered great challenges with regards to the loss of our luggage. We have had to purchase winter & casual clothing when we arrived at our destination, equipped all our cars with pre-paid phones in order to communicate while traveling, purchase chargers & travel adapters for our electronic devices & find out about the unreliable service provided by Jetstar which could have been avoided if your staff & branches would have just answered the phone or door.

Luggage Brand : LOJELL
Colour : Black

The contents of the luggage are as follow :
- Winter & Casual Clothings for both my Husband & I packed for 12 days of travel
- A Set of Motorola Walkie Talkies
- 1 iPhone
- 2 Thermos Flask
- A set of Chargers for Laptops, Phones, Cameras & Travel Adapters

If part or neither of these contents are retrieved, I would like a full report from Jetstar claiming that these items was lost by today. The level of trust we have on Jetstar will be determined when we see the swiftness, reliability & hospitality in completing this incident which have caused us great emotional & monetary discomfort & terrible time away from actually enjoying our holiday with our family.

Best Regards,
----

I would like to add that 2 Jetstar Waitresses spoke vulgarities in Malay unknowingly while pushing their trollies when we were on our way to Auckland. This level of unprofessionalism is not accepted anywhere.

While we were on our way back to Singapore, a waitress in the sky named Angela mistakenly took my daughter staring blankly into space for awhile as "a problem" and gave a really fowl face. She just sat down after coming out from the toilet when the seatbelt sign came on. This attitude by Angela is definitely not one I would recommend my children to grow into.
