I attempted to make a booking for a flight from Melbourne, Tullamarine on 10 May, 2012 in MY name but using a Jetstar Mastercard in the name of my Mother, and Jetstar's SYSTEM decided that my Mother was the passenger, NOT me, even though I entered MY name, MY address, MY email address, MY mobile telephone number! WTF???

I put in a complaint, received a call from K***, Jetstar Customer (non) Care on Tuesday, 15 July, 2012 wherein he stated he would investigate the complaint and call me back after lunch Tuesday, 15 July, 2012, but DID NOT do so!!

I then called Jetstar staff in the Philippines AGAIN today only to be placed on hold and the call then being disconnected, causing me to make yet ANOTHER call to these wankers and getting absolutely NOWHERE!!

JETSTAR, YOU ARE PATHETIC! YOUR STAFF ARE LIARS, CHEATS AND SCUM!

If you think you are endearing yourself to the Australian public, believe me, you are NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have absolutely no doubt you do NOT read any of the complaints posted on this forum as, if you did, the problems experienced by Australian consumers would be diminishing, but that is NOT the case - they are escalating at an alarming rate!

Get your act together, fix the problems and be honest in your dealings with people!!!!!!!!!!
