My grand daughter & her friend who are only 15 worked so hard to get air flights & insurance to visit their friend in New Zealand in September. Their girlfriends father with whom she lives with said they would have to change their dates as school exams had changed due to the rugby. Jetstar will not change them, defer them or let them have a credit on their air fare. YOU EITHER GO THEN OR LOOSE ALL OF YOUR MONEY. I think this stinks as these girls are minors and don't know anyone else over there. Apparently for two 15 year old girls having nowhere to stay is not a good enough reason for a refund.
