phone staff hung up on us

Yet another cancelled flight by jetstar! Our flight was scheduled for 7am on Saturday 23/01, luckily we checked our email the night before only to find our not so uncommon email to say our flight was cancelled. We immediately called the help line only to find the rudest, most unhelpful assistant who actually could not find our flight or our details. Despite reading the reference number, flight number and email exactly as printed on our boarding pass, she insisted we must be flying with a different airline and repeated...."what do you want me to do about it"...nice! We finally asked for her name, where she rudely responded with something along the lines of JULIENNE. When asked if she could spell it, she hung up on us. Nicer! Interesting training you provide for your staff jet star! Upon our second attempt, interestingly the assistant had no trouble in finding our details. Hallelujah for that, as by that time it was almost 11.30pm. Of course to no surprise the best available flight was 6 hrs later than our original flight. THANK YOU JET STAR! You have just lost us 6 hrs of our precious holiday which consisted of only the weekend. We have experience cancelled upon cancelled flights with little or no flexibility on business trips and holidays...tomorrow will be our last flight with your jet star. You are an embarrassment. Revolting service.
