Rude

Today we had flight booked at 9:55 am we got there at 9:30 they did not let my son on board of the plane ,we pleaded with them he's dad is in hospital dying from cancer they did not care at all,I found their attitude very rude and obviously no customer service my husband made a complaint and they were going to call security ,he was in no way rude or threatening to them ,on top I had to pay $100 dollars more so he can fly at 3 pm hopefully he makes it in time to see he's dad before he passes away .
Jetstar if I have a choice will definitely not flying with you ever again your staff are rude,no compassion what so ever ,we still in a free country and we still should be allowed to have freedom of speech
