TECHNICAL FAULTS - ONLINE FAULTS FOLLOWED BY CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS!

BUYER BEWARE .... after spending a week trying to book flights to Bali online (session continually timed out), finally booked but the problems didn't end there .... due to a technical fault (n yes Jetstar admitted it was their fault) - when my email came through I was booked a week EARLIER, had been charged for 1 seat selection (why would I select only 1 when 2 travelling) which I had not booked I phoned to get Jetstar to correct their fault ... not only did I have to pay an extra $200 to get the date we had originally booked (or loss my tickets) for flight cost difference (as yes that fare I paid was no longer available a few hours later) but they kept telling me they were doing me the concession of wavering the Change Fee! I continually asked why I would be charged a Fee for THEIR ERROR and although the English speaking Asian kept telling me she understood I do NOT think she did as when asked "how I could have accidently pushed the 22nd rather than our intended date of 29th when that date is not showing up on the page displayed, only shows from 25th to 1st is on my screen?" she just kept on telling me they had waved the Change Fee. After 1 1/4 our on the phone, going nowhere I paid the extra although the flight price on my screen was $42 cheaper! Decided I would email a complaint in to which 6 days later I received a call, same scenario (I have been given the concession of waved Charge Fees) and more technical faults as the operators headphones kept cutting out leaving me hanging .... gave up after 54minutes on phone .... Jetstar have lost me and my family as a regular flyer! So cheap flights they are not!
