i am a teenager and i fly a lot to visit family. this one time i was flying with my cousin who is also a teenager. i get through the check-in after being told i was in an emergency exit row. and i get to the bag drop and lo and behold, "Sorry, but you need id". WTF! so it took me half an hour just to get a stupid birth certificate. seriously, i was flying as an adult and i was going to miss my flight. but thank god my cousin's mum came to the rescue...
