NOTICE FOR PASSENGERS FLYING TO/ FROM THE PHILIPPINES

Following an eruption of the Mount Mayon volcano in the Philippines, it is
currently unsafe to operate flights around Ninoy Aquino International
Airport and Clark International Airport.

3K777/778 between Singapore and Clark and 3K761/762 between Singapore and
Manila, scheduled to depart on Tuesday 23 January 2018 have been cancelled.

We will contact customers on affected flights directly via email and SMS to
provide further updates.

Customers can check the status of their flights on the Flight Status page
on Jetstar.com or via our smartphone app.

Customers who booked prior to 22 January 2018 for travel between 23 January
and 29 January 2018 can choose from a range of options which include moving
their flights free of charge to a later date up to 28 days from the travel
date (except black-out dates between 15-19 February or requesting a Jetstar
travel voucher to the value of the fare purchased.

Contact details

Customers travelling to and from Manila, including those booked via travel
agents or travel websites, should ensure that Jetstar has their mobile
phone number and email address. This will allow us to contact them if there
is a disruption to your flights.
